-continue to log in your food in a myfitnesspal: entering your every day meal;

-having an appointment with a nutritionist to go through your meals and make plan to follow;

-having an appointment with your PT to make exercise plan to follow;

-having your Health test HT12 on Thursday;

-applying the sensor on Friday;

-replying to a quiz in the end of the week.
